esmc not connected on Eset protecnt on prem

no, I can log in but in the device list my esmc is visible several days ago -

Hi, I followed the guide at the following link to migrate my server from CentOs to Rocky https://help.eset.com/protect_deploy_va/11.0/en-US/pull_db_from_other_server.html. Everything seems to have gone well, unfortunately my esmc in the web console is not connected. Has anyone had the same problem?
