Problem is that I can't access that machine to view that information.

Not seeing 'Technical Support' under the Help option.

I can't get private IP addresses to ping to each other. All private addresses being used are currently in the 'Private addresses' and the 'Trusted zone' locations. Running out of ideas on what to try next.
