ESET Internet Security Block the backup file.

I have disabled real time protect and the backup was successful.

Dear all, Please help the problem,Thanks. ESET Internet Security ver 17.2.8.0 iTunes ver 12.13.3.2 , iPhone 15Pro Win11 OS and all software is new installation. When backing up iPhone to local PC using iTunes, ESET IS block the AppleMobileBackup.exe files. Then the backup process will fail.
