I installed full encryption on an HP laptop with windows 10 pro 64 bit, core i7. I has to enable TMP and it encrypted fine, it showed full encryption but i suppose it never completed. it worked fine but the next day , it gave bootup error, can't see the OS and can't connect to Eset protect on Prem console. how can i resolve this problem? the laptop cant be seen on the console
