  1. Today I came across the following problem in three notebooks HP6470b. After starting the installation of the Endpoint Security V5 on Windows 10 displays the message "error in connection." The exclamation point on the network adapter appears with this is no internet and no access to internet network.


    Sent disable / enable the network card but without success. Even removing ESET configuration of the network card is not restored.

    what can be done?

  2. After running out of use the computer for a few hours the PC stops working is necessary to restart it
    Note: This is only happening with Windows 7 machines and version 6 installed ENDPOINT.
