  1. Hi, I have an active ESET subscription covering 2 devices. Recently I moved from an old HP laptop to a new HP laptop. The new laptop has a Windows 11 user account that was created with an email ID called "pXXXht@gmail.com" that belongs to one of my family members. All the MS Office products are also linked to that email ID. My own email ID that was used to register on ESET Home is "pXXXXri@gmail.com". I created my ESET Home account 2 days ago, while setting up my new HP laptop. However my subscription is active since many years, and is due for renewal in Sep this year. I have been using the same email ID "pXXXXri@gmail.com" previously as well. Due to some IT issue/mixup yesterday relating to user profiles while setting up the new HP laptop, I had to "reset" my new HP laptop today, by going to an HP service center. The issue that has arisen today, after the "reset" is that I cannot see the ESET application in the list of Programs, nor in the System Tray. I could see it until before the "reset". But in the ESET Home page, it says both devices covered in my subscription are protected. I can see both device names, in the list of devices, which are correct. How can I make ESET application appear in the list of Programs and in the System Tray, given the above situation ie. Windows 11 laptop's user account has one email ID, and my ESET account has another email ID ?
