hi, i've been monitoring it for a few days and i dont know whats changed since i posted here but mail is now flowing and not getting caught in eset quarantine. its working so onto the next problem:-) thanks for the responses and help.

i've attached one of the messages. when i look at the message in the detections page in ESET Cloud Office security, its telling me Antispam reason IP (185.54.84.142) found on cloud blacklist or Antispam reason URL (lightsourceinternational.co.uk) found on cloud blacklist LED GLS .59p.zip

hi emails to or from one of our suppliers is getting quarantined by cloud security. eset is reporting it as on a cloud blacklist i cant find it on any blacklist eg mxtoolbox
