i have smart security premium, Can you give me a detailed description how to "temporarily pausing the firewall or disabling the Network traffic scanner in the advanced setup? " thank you ... and my ESET is in French, which I would like to switch to English but don't know how.

I just downloaded the latest update 17.1.13 and now I can't download ANY files to print from and e-mail supplier , yahoo, gmail etc , this is very frustrating. what is the fix ??
