no idea? anybody

Hello i am not sure if i am in correct forum but i have some issues while migrating from centos based protect appliance to rocky linux one. i basically followed this guide i pulled database successfully and then i set it up the web UI it restarts and when i login this i only found this logs any help is appreciated, we are using vmware vsphere
