    If you have a valid license, you can contact the seller from whom you purchase it and extend it to 3 devices. It should be cheaper than purchasing separate licenses for each device.

    Yep been confirmed by eBay account was hacked and taken over have my refund, do you have a list of authorized seller’s or would it be cheaper to upgrade my licence to 3 machines?

I have a 3 year 2 machine deal for myself and its registered to a different email address to the forum addy, I bought the other one for a laptop im giving my sister and that is regestered to her email addy, sorry i dont know how to find public license ID on v12 which is what she has installed, i will send you via PM mine and her details so you can sheck what is going on as i'm lost

  4. Well i have to say i'm very miffed at ESET and it's so called support option, and have been forced to post here, ESET it would be nice is legal holders could get some decent support rather than having to post in open forums,

    I have an issue with both an email address to access an account with you 3 device, and also lic manager and constant errors, i'm not oing to post SN in open forum of course any chance andyone from ESET to reach out so i can find out what is goingon with Lic Manager etc

    Since i upgraded a while ago i keep getting 3 error messages which I have no idea how to stop them and i'm wondering if anyone can help me out explaining, 1) if they are anything to do with ESET as i think the first 2 are down to to email provider (ionos.co.uk) the first 2 are as follows:

    No did not buy it from yourself, i have been given a new key and that seems fine now but i will PM you that key so you can check that if you want to just to be safe

    I have no idea where they get the "As we discussed" bit as i have not spoken to anyone about this before, I have converted my old version into a trial version for the time being until i know what is going on

  8. I run win 7 U x64 on to small ssd's one is used as a back up option the other is what i use on a daily basis and it's only 256GB in size i ran TREESIZE the other day and was shocked at it's size, How come some of the files are so big?

    When i set it up i know i asked it to log the logs in diagnostic level, but for the life of me i can't find that option in the version i'm running now 11.1.54.0, is my diagnostic level the problem, if so how do i find the settings to alter it, and what level should it be at and how do i delete the massive files i already have on the system without causing issues with ESETSS?

  9. Marcos when i bought my keys from Amazon they were being sold by yourselves so i presume they were safe and to be honest i have had no issues with them, also new keys i'm looking at come from a company you work with, so again should be ok and a large saving over retail price.

    Something else i forgot to add and that is paypal offer 180 days money back if fake/dodgy SN so i have 6 months cover

  10. I am still using 8.0.319.

     

    I have issues with my firewall, where it is stopping my mobile from connecting to the router, when i disbale my firewall totally i have no issues connecting from the mobile.

     

    Can someone give me some advise on how to fault find this issue i presume it's the firewall as disabling it gives me no issue, I have had a few pop ups come up where is saying it sees a new connection and it it home network or public/work network, given it's a home network i have always clicked this option even though ESET says i should click work/public.

     

    Any info you need from me just ask screenshots etc
