1.ESET(JP) uninstall & reboot
I don't know if Japanese version 8.0.319 is available, please contact the Japanese distributor. You'll need it as it's a version fully compatible with Windows 10. Also it's strange that you have the Training item in the main gui menu as it's not available outside the US & Canada. Let's install version 8.0.319 from scratch which should fix both issues.

nelniaさんこの方法やってみてね。
設定→詳細設定を表しする→アップデート→設定→テストモードをチェック→OK
そしてもう一回データベースをアップデートしてみて(n*´ω`*n)
アップデートが終わったら、コンピューターを再起動します~♪
