[ESET update constantly running]

ESET has claimed to be updating the product for over 4 hours now. It is constantly running in the background and slowing down my computer. I can't cancel the update, or close it.

Is this a fix? I installed this and the memory leak still appears to be happening. 461,333k of memory is being used by eguiproxy.exe as of right now.

Thanks for replying. I know I'm in the minority, but since I'm still using Win7 I'd like to be notified when/if there is a fix for this
