    Eset Remote Administrator -> Freeze Servers Windows 2008 r2 clients

    Hello Everybody,

     

    I have a problem similar at this post : https://forum.eset.com/topic/5935-era-agent-62110-causing-computers-to-freeze/

     

    BUT

     

    I have upgraded Remote Administrator 6 (previous version is 5), I have not updated Eset antivirus software in the virtual server (Windows 2008 R2) and no agent installed.

     
    Randomly, the servers freeze, not responding and I must reset the servers.
    No element appear in Diagnostics Windows
     
    Temporary, I have shutdown Eset servers no freeze or other problem found.
     
    No problem with client such as Windows 7 or 8.1, only server 2008 R2.
     
    The KB is only for 2008 no R2 ? :

    No Virus detected by Nod32, but what problems can I meet ?
