What details do you mean? You should always get the detection name, information about the object detected (e.g. the path to the infected file), the scanner which detected the threat as well as the action that was taken along with possible additional information.

No, there must be something wrong with any of the above mentioned things
my eset smart security update properly and i dont use any 3party firewall

1, make sure you have a valid username and password entered
2, make sure that your EAV updates properly
3, if you use a 3rd party firewall, try disabling it for a test.

egui.exe is running but not showing in taskbar.i end task eset service and egui and manage to bring back egui in taskbar
