There are some policies in the ECP (Office365 Portal) that are configurable and ESET Cloud Office Security have have another policies. Some of these options in policies seem like the same. How do i know what are the rules that are valid and the ones that are bypassed?

I have some Android Devices / tablets, and i do create some policies on "ESET Endpoint Security for Android (2+)", but im wondering if need to create a policy and manage it in "ESET Mobile Device Connector"?

Can someone explain to me what is "ESET Mobile Device Connector" and what it stands for?

Hello all,

I was been configuring some android devices into ESET PROTECT, and before i add them with the option "Android Device Owner", i add them via e-mail with the option "Android or iOS/iPadOS". Guess they all ok now, but meanwhile i restore them with factory reset, and now they keep reappering in Lost & found. The "Remove Device" option does not work, since they keep appearing again and again.

 

Anyway to fix this?

Hello,

I have currently an ESET MDM Machine that says that the following products are currently Outdated ('Picture A' attached):

-> ESET Management Agent 8.1.2209.0

-> ESET PROTECT Mobile Device Connector 8.1.5139.0

When i tried to Update ESET Products it says "No ESET products that can be updated automatically have been found" ('Picture B' attached).

What can i do to update both products? Attached is also the "About" section ('Picture C').
