Hello,
Just checking. I have just upgraded to Windows 10 and I have ESET NOD32 Antivirus Version 8.0.319.0. I keep getting prompted to "turn on virus protector... Windows Defender". Am I right in ignoring this and NOT turning it on, or should I turn it on as an extra layer of security to Eset?
Thank you.

Hello, I have had Eset NOD32 Antivirus 7 on my main computer (Window 7-64bit) and I would like to install it on my new second computer (also Windows 7 - 61 bit). Wondering if I need to buy a separate subscription or if I can use the same one to protect both?
Thank you.

Hello,
I just noticed that my Windows Firewall is on (accessed via Control Panels/ Windows Firewall) for Home, work and public network settings. I have Windows 7.
Since I have ESET NOD32 Antivirus protection, I am wondering if this should be ON or OFF?
Thank you.

Hello,
Thank you for a fine product.
I have Eset NOD32 Antivirus 7 which I use with Windows 7. I recently activated Apple iCloud and am having a problem. When I take a picture with my iPhone, iCloud is supposed to transmit a copy of the picture from my iPhone to my computer automatically. This does not seem to be happening. I've worked with Apple technical support to no avail. I am wondering if it is possible that Eset is blocking this?
Also, I have Carbonite activated, but that seems to be working fine. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Help! Mindspark.E pua keeps coming up several times a day
in Malware Finding and Cleaning

Hello,
I have Eset Nod32 Antivirus 7 and I have been getting the following message several times a day: Potentially Unwanted Application: A potentially unwanted application (JS/Mindspark.E) was found in a file on your computer. I hit the Clean button, the same message reappears, I hit the clean button again, and then I get told twice that I need to reboot my computer. This happens probably 10 times a day. There's no way I can keep stopping my work and rebooting my computer. Can anyone help me with this?
Thank you.
