How can i download or upload these files directly to eset ? I dont want to take remote session of user pc is there any way ?

We are receiving multiple notifications from our one user device "PDF/Phishing.A.Gen detection " Eset endpoint security mac
unfortunately no option to do advance analysis or upload it directly from eset cloud portal to eset team nor we can download the file for investigation

Issue fixed by installing v9 linux av via task with av link, OS Ubuntu 20.04

I want to do this remotely to around 50 users so manual will not gonna work for me well

Removal ESET Agent commands also not working written in documents

Tested on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS with same response then i switched to 21.04 for checking and got same experience

So its been almost 6-8 months eset linux jobs are not working (Not pushing antivirus to device) more endpoint is not available ?
Let me know if everyone is facing this issue or how to mitigate this I'm trying to install linux agent first with .sh script then I assigned task for av installer
Need more updated documentation for ESET products the product is nice with some issues but support is very slow & not fixing issues timely I renew my licenses 02 month ago & not using full licenses due to these type of issues 😕

Hi,
Right now we have to install / push agent manually in mac then we can send endpoint / encryption modules for proper installation user have to follow steps to allow permissions, which waste & confuse users / admins time.
My question is is there any solution available we can archive fully automation zero touch from end user we can run script from mdm solution or pkg.
