    After installing  ESET Endpoint Antivirus customer has a problem with winlogon process. 

    1. The black screen appears when logging out of a Windows session

    2. The black screen appears when user trying to connect via RDP (insted remote pc's screen user looks black window)

    3. The black screen appears on a remote pc when remote user truing to connect via RDP

     

     

     

    Could you please provide information on the cause of this problem? Thank you.

    Could you provide some info about error 'Error 106 occurred when creating the certificate'? Customer trying to install EMS on the cluster using these recomendations https://help.eset.com/emsx/10.0/en-US/idh_cluster_wizard_page1.html 

    The error occurs at the certificate creation step. It does not reach the installation.

  3. Hello Team, 

    Could you please provide some info about reason of issue? Windows does not load after uploading update KB5027215. If user turns off real-time protection of ESET,  windows starts normal.

    Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (64-bit, x64), 10.0.19045.2965

    Hello, when I created All-in-one Installer (or Agent Live Installer) I see old name of my server, although I changed server name a long time ago. 

    Repair of EP; synchronization with AD; rename computers task; withdrawal and re-entry of the computer to the domain; registry cleaning; Clearing the DNS cache does not solve the problem. This problem occurs for many users. Could you plese some info how to solve this problem? Thanks.
