We currently have a problem with pusshing installation from Eset Protect to a workstation in the network. The new upgrade 11.1.2039.2 gives me an error in Eset Protect that the task failed. When I manually create an installer and won't install it localy agent is installed (upgraded) but the ESET product declares an error Error Code WIN. 1603.
We currently have the installed version: ESET Endpoint Antivirus 10.0.2045.0 Agent: 9.0.1141.0
We are upgrading to: ESET Endpoint Antivirus 11.1.2039.2 Agent: 10.1.1292.0
I also checked status.html and the workstation communicates correctly with our Protect server in the network. No red flags there.
Could this be a problem with the Windows 10 Pro 1909 image? That is currently on the machine and is not up to date?
I can provide a log from the station that I made with Esetlogcollector.
