[Problem with New Report Template]

Hello. I have installed 

ESET PROTECT (Server), Version 8.0 (8.0.2216.0)

ESET PROTECT (Web Console), Version 8.0 (8.0.175.0)

And when I want to add New Report Template \ Chart - Table\ Data - Table Columns -Add Column I've received Error: "Failed to load data" 
and may be after minute crash report:
