I then get the message stating "only 64bit images supported"
This is a new Dell Latitude system, with Win10P 64bit installed. None of the previous articles in the forum were of any assistance, I shouldn't have to boot in legacy mode to scan a system, your giving us the option of using UEFI, why won't it work ? The boot folder of the USB does contain the 64bit files needed, why is this broken ?
We are a paying customer, we rely heavily on this tool working properly to scan systems for staff working remotly.
