Man, ECSP is blocking me all time during maven update... plz fix it!!! I have to disable the network traffic filtering every time when I do maven update.

Man, ECSP is blocking me all the time.. i just want do do a maven update and each time i have to disable the network traffic filtering .. Plz fix the issue man, before was working fine. now the recent two version just like POS.
