Driver package failed signature verification. Error = 0xE0000247

You have Windows 7. Please run rootsupd downloadable from hxxp://download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3-19990518/cabpool/rootsupd_afc57447f7caadd3253333e35777fcd.exe.

If a computer restart doesn't help, probably drivers don't load for some reason. Try uninstalling Endpoint, running the ESET Uninstall tool in safe mode and installing the latest version of Endpoint from scratch.

it didn't work for me with the default installer, i will try the uninstaller tool now. i have this issue with two computers. with the same situation (had eset antivirus expired so i did uninstall it and i did install the endpoint security with my licence.)

  3. hello, i did install a trial edition of eset antivirus product, then it has expired, so i did uninstall it. and later when i did buy the licence i did install the eset endpoint secuity product and did put the licence that i bought, the probleme here is everything is being not working everything is red.

as you can see in the files attached

Please check C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html and trace.log on the troublesome clients for possible errors.

  5. Hello,

i bought about 30 licenses of "ESET endpoint security advanced", i did install the "ESET security management center" on my PC which is not synchronozed to a domain, i create a package installer contain the "eset security + remote administrator" then i did install it to two servers 'every server has a domain' and to the computers of these two domains.

the computers and the servers of both domains didn't show up to my ESET security management  center, i want to know what to do to make them shown on my "ESET security management  center"

the servers are not at the same location.
