I just tried to run it extra with admin rights , still failed. But the Log is a bit different.

thank you . So I have tried to update on one client the Management Agent . First with the batch file no success, so I directly downloaded the installer msi . ( copied the url from the batch file )

After trying to install , it says it encountered an error and ended prematurely.

Attached the Log files , I see a few errors , but unfortunately I cannot make much sense of it .

 

( I am trying to install on Windows XP and WIndows 7 )

Dear Support,

I might be missing some update here , unfortunately no idea what . On some machines I managed to install latest ESET Endpoint Antivirus ( for Business ) but on others it simply failed to install with the above cryptic error code . I tried to google it but nothing.

Dear Support,

I have Windows 10 with latest updates. And I have ESET with latest updates. Unfortunately I do not exactly know since when . But probably a few weeks . ESET Sometimes causes MASSIVE Slowdowns on my computers. Firefox takes ages to start. Or it takes ages to start some video. Disabling ESET immediately resolves the problem .

I see that ESET Service is using ( I think ) too much IO ... in Task Manager I see a constant 120MB/s there even with ESET Disabled . But at least a usable system. If I enable the Product

I get a ZX Spectrum 48k

 

My Specs are : i7-8700k, 32 GB RAM, 500GB SSD for Windows , 2TB SSD, 2x8TB HDD RAID ,1x6TB HDD

 

Please help.

So I uploaded a memory dump I have , unfortunately Windows 10 was configured to Automatic Memory Dump.

I have no idea what is this and why is this happening , can anyone please help me. For now I disabled the firewall , but I am not even sure if this DLL has something to do with the ESET Firewall.
