Is it an idea to remove ESET from my PC, try the upgrade again and then install it again?

I just install Windwos 10 version 1903 and after rebooting at the end the same version or version 1909 needs to be installed again. 

I don't know where to look for any error message.

Everytime I implement Windows 10 version 1903 the system requests the update again after a restart.

I have this problem now for over 3 months and someone said I should look at the link https://support.eset.com/en/upgrade-eset-endpoint-encryption-before-updating-windows-10-to-version-1903-or-later

But there is no sollution for me how to upgrade my OS. Can anyone help me?

(I allready tried to install it with the option to disable ESET temporary)
