Yes, same problem.  I am pretty much locked out of my account.  I can login but do nothing.

Anyone trying to login to their eset account via a web browser, and it telling them they have to verify.  Then it says it sent an email but never got it.  I click the resend email link and i get a sad face page saying,  "were are sorry, the service is not available"  

Anyone else having this login problem with parental control?

Its blocking my daughters phone making it unusable and I can't login to fix anything.
