Hello,
The .VBS file was in the Users folder. I created a new folder in the root of my C:\ drive and copied the file there. I created a new detection rule. Eset is no longer deleting the file.

Hello,
As I said earlier, I created a detection exclusion rule for the file. On system boot Eset deletes the file. On full hard drive scan the file is quarantined.

Hello,
I manually put the file back in the original folder. After replacing the file several times, I discovered that Eset is deleting the file every time I reboot.

Hello,
Eset Internet Security has just started to quarantine a .VBS file that I created months ago. It says that the virus in the file is VBS/Runner.NOX Trojan. I excluded the file from detection. When I run a File Explorer context menu scan, the file is left alone. When I run a scan on the hard drive itself, the file is quarantined.
This behavior started with detection engine 23295P installed on 5/14. I am running the latest version of Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.
Your help is appreciated

Hello,
After changing the update task in scheduler as Marcos suggested and enabling "Automatic update after user logon", Eset is updating again.
Thank you.

Hello,
Internet Security 13.2.14.0 has stopped updating automatically since July 2. It is not checking for updates automatically. I can update it manually. I cleared the update cache.
I'm running Windows 10 Pro 1909 64 bit build 18363.900.
Thank you for your help.

Hello,
Since 4/7/2020, Internet Security 13.1.21.0 is not updating automatically anymore. I have to manually update the virus signatures. I have tried clearing the cache, but the problem persists.
The attached screenshot shows that the program states that it still checking for updates but not updating. I am running the latest version of Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.
Thank you for your help.

Hello,
Sometime in the early hours of 3/18/2019, Eset Internet Security 12.1.31.0 started blocking https://www.aol.com.
In Waterfox, I get a "Secure Connection Failed" error.
In Chrome I get a "This site can’t provide a secure connection" error.
I am running the latest version of each browser. I am running the latest version of Windows 10 Pro 64-bit with all of the latest updates.
I can access aol.com from my Android phone without problems.
I have gone to aol.com many times with Eset running. This has never happened before.
Your help is appreciated.
Eset Internet Security 14.2.10.0 deletes exclusion list when it is updated from previous version
in ESET Internet Security & ESET Smart Security Premium

Hello,
Eset Internet Security (x64) updated to version 14.2.10.0 and deleted my exclusion list. Also, I cannot restore the previous list from an earlier Eset settings backup I made. I can save and restore exclusion lists that I make with 14.2.10.0 itself.
This has happened on two PCs.
I am wondering if the update to 14.2.10.0 deleted any other settings I had.
I am running Windows 10 Pro x64 with all of the latest updates on both PCs.
Thank you for your help.
