Does the problem persist with the same incidence as before, or its better/worse than before? Approx how many mistypes happen in a day? And do you know any "tutorial" to reproduce it or it's really random?
Thanks for info
Only one mistype happened yesterday. Unfortunately, the mistype appears randomly. I will keep any eye out for further mistypes. Thank you for responding.

Problem still persists running browser protection module 1332. Running "Secure all browsers." Version 17.0.15.0, Chrome.

I have encountered this problem recently. It occurred again today. The only extension I have is uBlock Origin.
I have uploaded the Log Collector log files.
I do not run a key scrambler/key logger. Windows 11, Internet Security 16.2.15.0. Secure all Browsers is set to ON.
I am running the most recent version of Chrome.
Thank you.

Eset performed very well.

Switch to pre-release updates. Update ran for 10 minutes. Trying to cancel.

Manual update to version 11.1.42.0 Internet Security, followed by restart.
I was prompted to allow "Eset LiveGrid feedback system". I allowed, but "Eset LiveGrid feedback system" message
does not disappear.

It's not a general problem and for almost all other users it works. What happens if you attempt to launch it by clicking the icon on your desktop?
Also you wrote that v10 is full of bugs. Please list all issues that you are having with v10.

For now, yes . It doesn't work in Chrome. I posted a comment in this forum that it doesn't work properly and received no
answer from Eset.
Have you tried it since the update? (I do not use Chrome)
I'm running version 10. When will a working version be available for version 10 using program update?
Thanks.

It's not available yet.
V9.0.408 is indeed available. Check for product updates in the Update pane and upgrade to that latest version should be offered.
I tried that . I get message " Installed version 10.0.369.0 is up to date." Running Smart Security, Windows 10 .

When booting Eset Smart Security 10, computer freezes and does not boot. Same problem as version 9.
I thought Eset would have fixed this problem by now. I never had an AV that froze a system upon initialization.

Is it OK to scan SSL on ESS version 8?
Version 9 causes my system to ocasionally not boot.
Thank you.

I receive a group policy error.
Windows 10.
Thanks.

ESS 9.0.349.0 asks if I have a home or public network after coming out of sleep mode.
Internet connection seems lost as I receive message of update failing.

I wouldn't install ESET from a CD as it usually contains an older version of the product than the one available on the web. Simply download ESET NOD32 Antivirus from ESET's website, install it and activate a 30-day trial version. After you've received the package, in the Help and support section of the main gui select "Change license" and enter your new license key.
When deciding between ESET NOD32 Antivirus and ESET Smart Security, also consider the fact that ESET Smart Security uses network signatures that allow for blocking certain malware (including some Filecoders) at the network level which substantially improves protection.
Does this apply to version 8 as well? Or only version 9?
Thank you.

Eset has versions all the way back to version 3 available for download. My guess would be not any time soon.
Someone from Eset can give you a more definitive answer.
That is my hope GreyGhost.
I'm also staying with v 8. I have too many problems with v 9.
1. Scan crashing.
2. Unable to boot. Not good.
