Because, ESET is not suspended or crashes only cause no reaction browsers and consequently the lack of response of the system.
Perhaps the website crashes (a script on a page or flash crashes).
Problem Occurs only occasionally (eg, intensive use of the browser).

Why is the window(ESET) with the message "invisible / empty" (transparent).

ESET Service service is marked as an interactive service. However, the system is configured to not allow interactive services, because the service is not working properly.
