  1. I have one PC with windows XP

    After agent installed, i see the pc in the ECA

    I have already done twice a clean installation after cleaning in safe Mode with the uninstaller

    From the PC there is both Ping and TELNET in port 8883 to epns.eset.com

    From the ECA I send the pc a wake-up call and that's what comes out:

    "failed to send wake-up call: device is not registered to eset push notification service."

  2. The same happens to me, I cannot login to ECA

    A few hours ago, in the morning, when it was still possible to login, I noticed that all the policy disappeared and returned to their default

    As a result, several systems do not work in the organization

    This is not the first time I have problems with this cloud interface!!

    There is no update when it will be solved, does anyone know anything?

    Good news, the site has just returned to work
