    Hello Everybody.

    I created installation package with agent and antivirus itself, and deployed it with ESET deploymeny tool. It installed on remote pc (windows7) ,i checked it agent and endpoint antivirus is ok. It automatically get updated from ERA server. But on ERA console i see its status unknown.
    I restarted windows 7, and services on ERA server.

    Please help how to troubleshoot this issue.

    Both, server and client resides on the same vlan so no firewall between this machines.

    Hello. I have ESET Remote Administration Server. 
    I want to deploy agent and then endpoint antivirus to client computers.
    I have no internet on client computers. How to properly deploy agent and endpoint antivirus and set update on clients that they take update files from ESET server.

    From ESET Remote Administrator 6.5 i want to deploy agent. It starts task on remote pc. Eset server says task is succeeded.
    But there is no agent on client machine. 

    After investigation i find such thing.  When internet is open on client machines agent installation is finished sucessefully.
    If there no internet agent doesnt want to install on client machine.

    I do something wrong?

    I just installed server, didn't configured any mirrors on thar server.
