    can not update after installing Symantec Encryption Desktop

    in ESET NOD32 Antivirus

    操作系统: Windows 10 Enterprise (64-bit) 
    计算机: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz

    the update always failed after i install Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.4.1.

    the update says can not connect to server. 

    if i uninstall Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.4.1, the update work well again.

    this happens on both computers at home and my office
