    The site is not hacked or hijacked, i can visit main site k2nblog.com (see left tab from my screenshot) , then i want to visit the link of album, then that issue appear.

  2. Hello, Im using eset nod32 12.1.31.0 32-bit on Windows 10 Pro 32-bit

    I want to visit this site k2nblog.com but it detect as malware on eset. I did not face this issue , but on new update of eset database, the site is detected contain malware. Please do re-check the web and update the eset database.

  3. The instructions were not correct as I initially suggested to temporarily disable Self-defense but that's not enough. In the instructions above, I wrote "start Windows in safe mode (important)" instead of disabling Self-defense.

     

    None of the issues you've been trying to solve affects protection capabilities; it's only visual misinformation in both cases and ESET has been providing maximum protection despite the misinformation either reported by WSC or in the update pane.

     

    Ok, problem solved by deleting HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ESET\ESET Security\CurrentVersion\Info\WscState from windows safe mode. :)

  4. Follow the steps outlined in the KB article hxxp://support.eset.com/kb367/. If that doesn't help:

    1, Temporarily disable Self-defense.

    2, Delete the value HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ESET\ESET Security\CurrentVersion\Info\WscState.

    3, Restart the computer.

    4, Enable Self-defense.

     

    Already did both, but still does not work. Im using eset av nod32.
