Pretty sure I bought it direct. But still trying to figure out which email I used. Had it for years.
On the other hand, windows just updated a few days ago for me. Up to version 1809, win 10 pro 64 bit. So don't know if that's related.

Actually it no longer exists after a reboot. I assume I can just reinstall it however no clue where the registration is and actually don't remember which email I used to purchase it.

Won't auto update for me. At least I assume it was auto updating. Went to the computer this morning and see a "uninstalling" popup stuck at 3%. Couldn't close it, only minimize it. Waited for a half hour and no progress. Went to task manager and shut it down. Now... nothing. Can't start eset. Still shows in programs but won't start.

Updated the nod32 license and rebooted and the system just hangs. (win10)

As I said, been using it for years. Just went to the computer this morning (they are never shut off) and got the uninstalling notice. No clue what version anything was.
