Eset Service constantly restarts and hangs system
Goodmorning,
Since yesterday , I have an increasing amount of PCs having issues with Eset. On my personal computer, the service restarts all the time and then at random times applications stop responding. I cant even CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to bring up the task manager. The only way to proceed is to force shutdown the PC using the button. I currently have this issue on 5 different computers , each of them running windows 10.
Please carry on as follows:
Download Procdump from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procdump and extract the archive to the disk
Run as an administrator: procdump -i -ma
After ekrn has crashed, run procdump -u
Compress the generated ekrn dump(s)
