I am unable to access my ISP's website due to ESET Cyber Security Pro blocking the site and terminating the connection. My ISP appears unable to resolve the issue.

Can anyone advise just exactly what this threat is, and whether or not it is a "false positive".

JS/TrojanDownloader.FakejQuery.B detection is correct. If detected, the website is infected (has a malicious java script injected). The owner of the website should check and clean it completely.
