Hello please help

I have purchased several l eset and pointed your e-mail for which I registered licenses and received a reply

but I received only a license key and have not received a login and password

where you can login and password receive ??

VERY PLEASE HELP

Having a username and password was only needed with the old licensing system. Now, you only need a license key for registration.

v.9 and v.10 are activated by a license key, may I ask you why do you need an username and password?

in the license mail, there should be also the license for legacy product i.e. the username and password.

Can you please check it, if you have it there?
