SBS server locking with Eset No 4.0.424.0

the sbs server wlll lock up.  we do not receive or send any email out.

 

Mail is cached on the server somewhere.  in both directions.  A complete restart is needed in order to fix this issue

Hello,

 

ESET licenses are not bound to a specific version, but to product line.

So if you used v.4 of ESET File Security you can upgrade to v.6 without any extra fee.

I need to get my license number though.  I have the order sheet and so forth that says that I own the software but I can not find the email with the license number  user or password

who do I call or what website do I go to
