Eset Parental Control: App that cannot be unblocked

I installed a new app on my daughters account on our Nexus 7 2013. 

 

This app is blocked on start but entering Eset Parental Control settings I cannot find the app there.

 

If I choose unblock at app start and then press allow on the email that comes from that that doesn't help either.

It should be available for all ages, you use it to find books to loan from libraries so OK for all ages IMO.
