The ESET Remote Administrator Agent service terminated... on ERA server

The agent appears to stall on my ERA server (win 2008r2)

 

I attempted to reinstall via the previously downloaded agent install batch file , no change.

 

From the windows event log:

I ended up uninstalling ERA and reinstalling ERA & Agent. Now OK.
