ESET Not compatible with NUC. (Next Unit of Computing)

Hello Eset Team.

 

Our following customer using ESET Advance 80 user paper license.(ERA 5.3)
We are successfully installed eset in 65 systems but 15 system not support eset.
15 system are intel NUC (Next Unit of Computing).

Problem :-

1) After installed eset, system is hang & we direct swith off device.
2) We start system again but after login in user, system hang again.
3) we start system in safe mode & run eset safe mode removal tool & restart system.
4) Operationg System Windows 8.1

then system are working fine.

we also try Nod32,Smart Security (Ver. 8 & 9), Endpoint Protection Version 5.3.x...& 6.4 client but problem is persist.

We also try other AV in same system (like...Quick Heal, e scan) it working fine.

We try to collect log. & aslo send in attachment kindly check it & give solution as soon as possible.

We can´t troubleshoot this issue through our community forum.
