Problem with upgrade ACT.34

I was trying to upgrade from Smart Security 8 to Smart Security 9.

After instalation - upgrade from 8 - my product is not activated. I get ACT.34 error.

Any ideas ?

First of all, activation should not be needed when you upgrade from an older version to v9 or newer. Did the activation window appear right after the upgrade?

Yes. Right after upgrade. I have sucessfullu activated version 8. Then in update section - NEW VERSION information appeared. So i instaled upgrade and restarted computeer. And then program is not activated and this screen appears.

I have the same problem.Just purchased a new license and I get error ACT.34 in eset 9. No problem if i use my old license with a few days left to expire. Please help. I tried reinstalling and nothing works.
