Some information missing in the era web console

I use your agent VM image for the Remote Administrator. Here is the version.

I have created an all-in-one package through the deployment agent. After I installed the package to a computer, the web console can see the computer in Lost & found but some information is missing.

 

The missing column include Virus DB status, Policies, Security Product name, Security Product version.

When I click the details, I can see the Security Product name and Security Product version.

Is my database collapse?
