(Resolved) Known Issue: Cannot install ESET Cyber Security on macOS 10.12 (Sierra)

If you are trying to install ESET Cyber Security/ESET Cyber Security Pro on macOS 10.12 (Sierra) but the installation file (for example, eset_cybersecurity_en_.dmg) will not open, see the following Knowledgebase article:
