ten9its 0
I just upgraded to Sierra but did not update ESET CSP beforehand. As soon as I started up in Sierra I was greeted with an alert "Unsupported OS: OS 10.12." I tried to run CSP to see if an update was available but each time the alert popped up and nothing else. I uninstalled CSP, restarted, downloaded the newest version and am attempting to install it now. However, nothing runs once I mount the disk image and click "Install ESET Cyber Security Pro." Does anyone have a solution? Am I the only one experiencing the issue? Edited September 20, 2016 by ten9its

ten9its 0
We just published some content regarding this issue: Cannot install ESET Cyber Security and ESET Cyber Security Pro on macOS 10.12 (Sierra) That did the trick for me, thanks foneil! I was so close to getting this on my own, except that I tried Installer.app instead of Installer.pkg. Oh well, at least it's working now.

geost 0
I ended up reinstalling ESET per the document above and now ESET is using up an extra seat. How do I free up the previous seat? My computer is now registered as computername-1. Thx.
ESET Insiders m4v3r1ck 85 Posted September 26, 2016 ESET Insiders Share Posted September 26, 2016 You may change it back to "computer name" here: Prefs > Sharing Reboot your Mac and check your name and new install of ESET - # of seats - again. Cheers
