Report Query- Can you create reports based alerts handled/marked as resolved over either a time period or since start of time?

Report Query- Can you create reports based alerts  handled/marked as resolved over either a time period or since start of time?

 

Most reports I can see is basically metrics on unresolved issues but I would like to see reolved issues and even time/date marked as resolved for metric purposes.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
