Unfortunately, files encrypted by Filecoder.Cerber cannot be decrypted. It is not clear if you are a paying user and had the latest or a recent version of ESET installed, fully updated and configured for maximum protection at the time of the infection. With ESET installed, updated and all protection features enabled and working, the chances of getting infected are very slim.

No, decryption of Filecoder.Cerber is not possible. Neither the authors, nor the police or anybody have disclosed private keys yet.

Cerber 3 solution was made available by checkpoint guy but it was quickly patched by the cyber criminals. As of now, there is no right solution available to decrypt the cerber 3,4 ransomware.
