abhattarai 0 Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 My organisation is using NOD32 Business Edition and I have been using the network update on the LAN from a normal desktop. Now I tried to move the update server to my Windows 2008R2 but though I have configured permission in the firewall I still can't get updates from my LAN machines. I have created two separete rules to allow permission for following prorams: %ProgramFiles%\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\x86\ekrn.exe and %ProgramFiles%\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\egui.exe both as full permission. If I switch off the firewall to test the update works. I am probably missing something, any suggestion on this would be much apppreciated.

If you create a mirror on the server using ESET Remote Administrator, is it created alright without an error and the problem is just with updating clients from the mirror?
