Error sending e-mails from ESET RA Server behind a proxy

I need you help please. I have just installed ERA Server with ESET Remote Administrator in our company, installed antivirus in all our clients, but i cannot send e-mails. I have configured proxy settings for remote administrator policy, but I still cannot send e-mails. The error code is 20270. Can someone help me with this problem please?

Just to make sure, do you have the proxy server configured properly in the advanced ERAS setup?
