Individual PC's allow Filtering Mode

Dear All,

 

I am using ERA 6 and have a policy assigned to clients.

 

I cant for the life of me work out how to enable Filtering Mode to be accessible on the PC's. 

 

I had to change the entire policy to learning mode which caused bedlam across the network with prompts/alerts popping everywhere and all I wanted to do was allow learning mode on  2 - 3 PC's.

 

Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

Not sure I understand: is problem that this specific setting is locked on clients?

 

Setting is locked once it's value is applied/forced from ERA policy -> this means there is at least one policy that changes this parameter. Your only option in this case is stop applying this setting to clients, which can be done in two ways:

• either unassigned whole policy from clients
• or change policy so that it no longer applies/forces this specific setting

Once this is done, configuration parameters will remain in current state until overridden by another policy or user (settings no longer managed by ERA will be unlocked).
